We need to take a whole-of-Government approach to the problem, if we're going to keep up with crypto in illicit finance.
The top 1 percent make about 20 percent of all the income, pay about 40 percent of all the taxes.
That is no way to protect taxpayers nor to follow the law.
The sanctions imposed thus far by the Biden administration are harmful to the Russian economy, but not crippling.
