I would make one other observation before yielding back to the gentleman from Arizona about the Kennedy tax cut which is the fact that the Kennedy tax cut was much larger than the tax relief that we passed this summer. The Bush tax cut plan which was originally $1.6 trillion, we ended up at about $1.3 trillion, as you know, over 10 years which we should not even be talking about that number, we never talk about spending over 10 years but we sometimes talk about tax cuts over 10 years. The fact is as a percentage of the economy, the Kennedy tax cut was much bigger.
