I think Congress really has to take the time to properly evaluate the outbound CFIUS concept rather than rushing to enact legislation that is not properly vetted.
But that does not mean that Congress should be throwing even more billions of Federal taxpayer dollars at them to build out more services for riders they do not have.
We owe it to each customer to get to the bottom of the FTX implosion, and any violations of the law should be aggressively prosecuted.
