To engage in a colloquy with the chairman. Mr. Speaker, one topic that has been discussed in the context of the savings and retirement bill is the level of premiums paid to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, the PBGC, by rural electric co- ops and by charitable organizations. I know the Ways and Means Committee included a study that was intended to provide information relevant to the proper level of PBGC premiums. That study was removed by the manager's amendment. Could the chairman provide some insights about how this issue will be resolved as we move forward?
