I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, insert the following: SEC. __. LOCKS ON ALLEGHENY RIVER. The Corps of Engineers may consider, in making funding determinations with respect to the operation and maintenance of locks on the Allegheny River-- (1) recreational boat traffic levels; and (2) related economic benefits. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 918, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Kelly) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
