My concern is that there are pension funds in half of the States in this country that have invested the retirements savings of police officers, of firefighters, of building construction trades workers, average everyday Americans who are losing money in certain investments where Standard & Poor's, in this particular case, has said, 'Yes, the Republic of Peru is investment-grade,' but they are in default on other bonds.
