Today's hearing is on Federal Triangle South in Washington, DC, and how we can use public-private partnerships, or P3s, to redevelop underutilized Federal real property.

The more they pay for space, the less funding they have for people and their core missions.

One challenge is to get Federal agencies to think differently about the space they use.

I think that is a big step and shows your approach has strong support in the House, Senate and in the White House.

Washington continues to pile on burdensome regulations and reporting requirements at the same time we come back and we tell our institutions of higher education that they need to address the rising cost of college.

Why aren't we conducting background checks?

Well, we know for a fact that illegal immigrants are able to access many Federal benefits through fraudulent documentations.

So it doesn't seem like there is really any guard for illegal immigrants to access this program as they have been able to access many Government programs.

Do you think it would be a good idea to do background checks on the navigators?
