“Madam Speaker, I thank the gentleman from Georgia for his comments. He has identified the problem and has some real solutions on how we can address this and how we can save the future for our kids and our grandkids. One of the saddest things about this is that the idea of the American Dream is that every generation can do better than their parents and their parents before them, and we have seen that for centuries here in the United States. That is at risk because of the fiscal policies that are in place here today.
