I just want to point out to the committee that there were calls back about a month or two ago of distributing the vaccine widely in West Africa without a control group, had we done that, the downturn in Liberia now would have been attributed to the vaccine when, in fact, it was a downturn, and there was no vaccine. So that is the reason why we have got to be careful to make sure we have a control group.
