I thank my colleague, Rep. Pete Olson, for sponsoring this important legislation which will be welcome news for the over 100,000,000 people afflicted with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Both the FDA and the General Accountability Office agree that there is no food safety justification for this regulatory divide.

this seems to smack of food politics, not public health.

It is unfortunate that we have a Congress of the United States, the majority parties that want to just tear down this law.
