Parity means that insurers need to treat copayments, treatment limits, prior authorization for mental health, substance use disorder the same way they treat for physical health care.

This is frustrating and alarming.

I urge support for this bipartisan bill, H.R. 5210. I yield back the balance of my time.

It is unfortunate that we have a Congress of the United States, the majority parties that want to just tear down this law.
