For years, I cared for patients at the Van Zandt VA Medical Center in Blair County. This legislation will provide more protection for disabled veterans. By passing the Protecting Health Care for All Patients Act, we can ensure that institutions like the VA will never again use QALY formulas to determine if a disabled veteran should receive the treatment that they need, should receive the treatment that they deserve.
