Earlier this year, I introduced the SUSTAINS Act (H.R. 2606, Sponsoring USDA Sustainability Targets in Agriculture to Incentivize Natural Solutions Act of 2021), which would allow for third parties, including corporations, businesses of all sizes, from large, mega-size, you pick it, Amazon, Google, whatever, Disney, down to the mom-and-pop hardware store owners on the corner, to invest in NRCS conservation programs.
