One of the premises that I have always led my life by is the best predictor of future performance is past performance. I think there is a significant issue, a great divide being what is being said, what the President said about the health care and some of the promises that were made in order to get this bill pushed through Congress and what we see now and what we have now is the reality as we take our time to look through this bill.
