The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds to treat northern long-eared bat as endangered species Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service or any other agency of the Department of the Interior to treat the northern long-eared bat as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentleman from Pennsylvania and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Pennsylvania.
