I thank the gentleman for being a part of this important Special Order tonight, because nutrition matters and farmers feed. Mr. Speaker, I am pleased to yield to a gentleman from another part of our Agriculture Committee leadership from the State of Illinois. He is the chairman of the Biotechnology, Horticulture, and Research Subcommittee. He actually did a great job yesterday convening a briefing where he brought in 4-H leaders from all over the country to share their experiences as a part of that great organization. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Rodney Davis) from the 13th Congressional District.
