As a Member of Congress that has over $442 million in AML liabilities in a state that has $5 billion in AML liabilities, we do take great pride in the fact that much of the mining that fueled both the Industrial Revolution and the manufacturing of tanks and artillery to defend our Nation in World War I and World War II, a lot of that coal came out of Pennsylvania's Fifth District.
