“During the August in- district work period, I had the privilege of visiting CPI in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania. CPI is the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology. I was proud that my colleague, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi of Illinois, was able to join me in Pennsylvania's Fifth District at CPI on the first day of school.
