my eloquent colleagues have talked about this terrible act and what has been perpetrated on our soil and our people and the innocent casualties that are mounting every day. Our hearts go out to all those that have lost their families and been wounded, especially the emergency responders that were doing their job and had the building come down around them and kill them. We have talked about this. We had a prayer vigil tonight. We have prayed about it. Mr. Speaker, the time for talk and the time for prayer, however important, is behind us. Now is the time to act. We need to react to these terrorists with overwhelming force. We need them to understand that this can never happen again. God bless the Americans that we have lost, and God bless America.
