The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule of the Small Business Administration entitled ``Affiliation and Lending Criteria for the SBA Business Loan Programs'', issued on April 10, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 21890). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 847, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Meuser) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
