Mr. Speaker, while it is written in our Constitution that only U.S. citizens can vote, the SAVE Act attached to this continuing resolution prohibits bad actors from registering noncitizens and noncitizens from registering to vote and requires States to purge their voter rolls of all noncitizens, such as illegal immigrants. To anyone considering opposing this bill, a ``no'' vote implies and states to the American people why the Biden administration has left the border open in the first place.…”
