There’s got to be people that come to the table and agree that it’s in the best interest of our nation to not do this, that it’s a race to the bottom.

As a matter of justice, it’s wrong. And it has a corrosive effect on the House floor.

Putin is counting on America to grow tired, divided, and distracted. Today, with a historic bipartisan vote, the House sent the opposite message.

It's probably not going to get 60 votes in the Senate, but it's going to hopefully force the Senate to address the issue.
