Unfortunately, despite repeated bipartisan opposition and formal disapproval by the House and Senate, President Biden continues to push forward a final Waters of the United States, or WOTUS, rule, the third different proposal in the last decade, that continues the Administration's attack on America's farmers, ranchers, and producers.
