Mr. Speaker, Americans across the Nation will benefit from this progrowth, pro-America, bipartisan tax bill. The research and development provision will boost innovation here at home, making our Nation much more competitive against China. Enhanced small business expensing will allow our community businesses to thrive and prosper. Finally, more than 500,000 children in my home State of Pennsylvania will benefit from the expanded child tax credit. Mr. Chairman, I commend Chairman Smith and Ranking Member Neal for working together to advance policies for all Americans.
