Regretfully I was out of town due to a family funeral. If I had been present to vote I would have voted ``yea'' on final passage of H.R. 6156--Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal and Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act of 2012.
