Mr. President, rollcall votes are expected to occur throughout the day in an effort to complete action on the bill. As a reminder, cloture motions were filed on the substitute and the bill. The filing deadline for first-degree amendments is 1 p.m. If we are unable to complete the bill tomorrow, we will have a cloture vote on the substitute amendment Friday morning. ____________________
