Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that on Thursday, June 10, after any leader time, the Republican leader or his designee be recognized to move to proceed to the consideration of S.J. Res. 26, a joint resolution disapproving the EPA Administrator's endangerment finding; that there be 6 hours of debate on the motion to proceed to the joint resolution, with the time divided and controlled between Senators Boxer and Murkowski or their designees; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate proceed to a vote on adoption of the motion to proceed; that if the motion is successful, then there be 1 hour of debate on the joint resolution, divided as described above; that upon the use or yielding back of that time, the joint resolution be read a third time and the Senate then proceed to a vote on passage of the joint resolution; provided further that if the motion to proceed is defeated, then no further motion to proceed to the joint resolution be in order; further, that no amendment or motion on the subject of the EPA greenhouse gas regulations or relating to the endangerment finding be in order prior to consideration of the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 26, with no amendments in order to the joint resolution and with all other provisions of the statute governing consideration of the joint resolution remaining in effect during the pendency of this agreement.
