Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, July 27; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed to a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the time until 12:30 p.m. equally divided and controlled by the two leaders or their designees, with the majority controlling the first 30 minutes and the Republicans controlling the next 30 minutes; that the Senate recess from 12:30 to 2:15 to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
