Thank you very much Chairman. Thank you to the witnesses. As I stated in my opening statement, there is a need to balance the civil rights of students to be free from discrimination under Title 6 of the Civil Rights Act, with the First Amendment right to free speech and expression.
Emphasis on balancing civil rights and free speech in education.
