DETERMINATION WITH RESPECT TO THE IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS ON ENTITIES INVOLVED IN USING UYGHUR FORCED LABOR. (a) Findings.--Congress finds the following: (1) U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized a shipment of 40.31 megawatts of modules manufactured by LONGi Green Energy Technology Co. in October 2021 out of the concerns that LONGi used forced Uyghur labor in Xinjiang. (2) The Department of Commerce added five Chinese entities to the entity list for participating in using forced Uyghur labor in Xinjiang in June 2021, these entities include: Hoshine Silicon Industry (Shanshan) Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co., Ltd, Xinjiang East Hope Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd, and Xinjiang GCL New Energy, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC).…
