The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 23, line 22, strike ``date of enactment'' and insert ``effective date''. Page 23, line 24, strike ``date of enactment'' and insert ``effective date''. Page 24, line 2, insert after ``the injury occurred'' the following: ``This title shall take effect only on the date the Secretary of Health and Human Services submits to Congress a report on the potential effect of this title on health care premium reductions.''.
