I want to agree with the Ranking Member Scott that often times there is value that cannot be assessed or measured in higher education.
Charter schools are not subject to the same level of oversight and accountability as traditional public schools.
We must not ignore the growing number of charter schools that are operated by for-profit corporations.
This is a consumer protection issue, and I am a bit baffled by the argument that I heard on the other side of the aisle that this going to hurt individuals and working families. This is designed to help them.
