Mr. President, as if in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration and the Senate proceed to S. Res. 74. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 74) condemning the Government of Iran's State-sponsored persecution of the Baha'i minority and its continued violation of the International Covenants on Human Rights. There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
