Let me make one last point. I know my time has run out here. I'd love to work with any and all of you on trying to expand the definition of 'meaningful use' for health information technology purposes, at least on a pilot basis to include nursing homes, at least for the dual-eligible population, because it really makes very little sense when you have patients who are cycling back and forth between a nursing home and a hospital very often, and creating an enormous amount of cost as they cycle, to have our system support the development of health information technology in the hospital but not in the nursing home.
