I can tell you that, of course, the popular wisdom is that this is an election year and nothing is going to get done and the like, but I have been very appreciative of Chairman Hatch's interest in this, and he is telling us we are supposed to pull out all the stops to pull together a bipartisan bill to set what I think are reasonable principles we ought to work around.
