“I rise in strong support of the Women's Health Protection Act. This legislation needs to be a centerpiece in the battle to defend privacy rights in America. It goes way beyond the issue--and I know we have got an expert lawyer in the Chair. It goes way beyond so-called judge shopping that everybody has heard about in the past. It is not simply a matter of looking at a judge's long record of soundly reasoned opinions and hoping for an outcome.…”
