I would like to announce for the information of the Senate and the public of an addition to a previously announced hearing before Subcommittee on Public Lands, Forests, and Mining of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. The hearing will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 2:30 p.m., in room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. In addition to the other measures previously announced, the Committee will also consider: S. 736, to establish a maximum amount for special use permit fees applicable to certain cabins on National Forest System land in the State of Alaska; and, S. 757, to provide for the implementation of the multispecies habitat conservation plan for the Virgin River, Nevada, and Lincoln County, Nevada, to extend the authority to purchase certain parcels of public land, and for other purposes. Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may testify by invitation only. However, those wishing to submit written testimony for the hearing record may do so by sending it to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, United States Senate, Washington, D.C. 20510-6150, or by e-mail to john_assini@energy .senate.gov. For further information, please contact Meghan Conklin at (202) 224- 8046, or John Assini at (202) 224-9313. COMMITTEE ON ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES
