I wanted to take a few minutes this morning to discuss the nomination and put it in the context of the extraordinary national security challenges our country faces. It is hard to imagine a more despicable act than the terrorist attack in Manchester Monday night, killing innocent teenagers and children who were out to enjoy a concert.
