“I want to take a few minutes with Senator Moran tonight to reflect on the events of the last few days with respect to the Internet legislation. I want to begin by thanking Majority Leader Harry Reid for reopening the debate on anticounterfeiting and copyright protection legislation. In pulling the Protect IP Act from the floor, Leader Reid has given the Senate an opportunity to get this policy right.
