I agree, that these are very important issues that we are committed to addressing in the coming conference on the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act. I will note that the Brown-Portman trade remedy legislation was included in the Senate version of the bill. I think it would be appropriate to try to address these other issues in that context as well, and I commit to working with Chairman Hatch to do so.
