“I am going to stay here to see if other colleagues would like to bring over their amendments. To not advance this particular cause--and we passed the hydropower bill. It is a good bill. People said it was the first major energy bill since 2009. This is the next logical step. We ought to take it. I see the Senator from Ohio here, who has done so much good work, and I will yield at this time.…”
