As such, we encourage the Commission to proceed with this rulemaking and pursue enforcement against deceptive hidden fees, surveillance pricing, and markups related to food and grocery deliveries.
I'm gratified the work to secure the end of this needless confusion for these hardworking Oregonians is in the bill.
More importantly, independent privacy and security oversight is not an optional expense to be cut when it becomes inconvenient.
