I would like to announce for the information of the Senate and the public of additions to a previously announced hearing before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in room SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. In addition to the other measures previously announced, the Committee will also consider H.R. 678, Bureau of Reclamation Small Conduit Hydropower Development and Rural Jobs Act; and S. 761, Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act of 2013. Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may testify by invitation only.
