I tell them and anyone who is concerned that the wait has been worthwhile. This bill is the product of a bipartisan pair of Senators who I think tonight have shown what can happen if we work together. We respect one another. We work for the good of the American people. Every State with timber growing in it, with children growing in it, with roads needing repair in it, will be better because of what we have done tonight. I salute my colleague and I thank him very much for his role this evening.
