I am not saying that any more than what Justice Holmes said about shouting fire in a crowded theater. Freedom of speech does not extend that far. I am sure freedom of religion does not extend as far as if you are faced with a Louis Farrkhan-near riot the school system cannot shut the schools. You go way beyond prayer and you are into riot.
