I am especially pleased to see that a popular area known as the Joaquin Rocks would be permanently protected as Wilderness in this bill.

I hope that today's hearing will be the first step in passing his bill, the Oregon Caves Revitalization Act.

This is important legislation to my district and State.

I know it is not the direct subject of today's hearing, but I would like to turn to railcars yet again.
