The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee hearing last Thursday on The Impacts of State Owned Enterprises on Public Transit and Freight Rail Sectors provided Congress an opportunity to continue evaluating how best to balance the needs of transit agencies to replace aging vehicles together with domestic manufacturing interests.
