I think we can be very proud of what we have accomplished, and in good part, generated by this committee.

We have to provide resources to the Coast Guard so they can mitigate the effects of climate change in their operational planning.

We can't allow $1 to go to Wall Street before fixing operational issues and concluding contract negotiations.
