We refused to follow the old 'blank check for corporations' bailout playbook, especially for airlines.

It basically matched the funding we had put forward and incorporated some of the work we did.

You have changed people's lives. You have better-protected transit workers from the threat of assault at work.

I think we can be very proud of what we have accomplished, and in good part, generated by this committee.
