I will soon be sending a letter along with many of my colleagues to DOT in support of the Federal Highway Administration's proposed rule to track GHG emissions from on-road sources on the National Highway System.

The Coast Guard does not have the privilege of ignoring the significant and consequential impacts that climate change is having on our environment.
